Returns & Exchanges

At Noise, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technology; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and the warranty card included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the device securely in its original box; our courier partner will conduct a brief physical inspection at your doorstep to ensure the product is intact.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final testing, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
